By using PR you agree to be legally bound to the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not accept these terms and Conditions then please do not use PR
You agree that:
*You must be at least 18 years of age to use PR
*When you register to use the services of PR you are certifying that all information supplied by you is complete and accurate. Inaccurate or missing information will prevent you from being able to complete the registration process or may result in cancellation of your registry
*PR is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any information entered into the registration forms of subscribers and does not guarantee the accuracy of the subscriber content
*PR may provide links to resources and web sites that it feels may be useful or of interest. If you chose to visit these sites or view these resources you are doing so voluntarily and that PR is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these resources and sites. This service is provided as a convenience to our clients and is not intended as an endorsement or guarantee of any information, services or products that may be offered through other web sites
*PR reserves the right to advertise and post notices, promotions and special offers at it's discretion
*PR registry content must not be offensive in nature. PR reserves the right to edit or delete content if it is deemed inappropriate.
*Images/icons in shopping cart are not necessarily of the actual product being offered
*PR reserves the right to cancel a registry at any time. Items purchased at time of cancellations less pr processing fee will be mailed to the registered address within 30 business days
*PR can not be used to raise money for any illegal purpose
*Those registering will be required to create a password upon registration. You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account
*PR reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the user, but such changes will only become effective after they are posted on this site and will not impact existing registries.
*You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless PR, it's owners, officers, employees or agents from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur (including without limitations legal or accounting fees) as a result of:
- your use of member content or PR content.
- any content provided by you.
- any violation by you of your obligations under this Agreement.
- any violation by you of the rights of others.
*PR does not warrant or represent that our content is accurate, error free, truthful or reliable or that your use of such material will not infringe rights of third parties. Pr does not warrant that the functional aspects of the website will be error free or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of virus or other harmful components. If your use of this website or our content results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data PR is not responsible for those costs.
*You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use pr content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any PR content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of PR content requires the prior written permission of the PR.
*PR does not automatically book and prepay for accommodations, transportation, activities, dining, spa treatments or any other aspects of the honeymoon. The registered has the flexibility to use these funds to finance the activities they choose while on their trip.
It is up to the registered to either use the funds collected for the items that were purchased on the registry, or not to use the funds for the items purchased.
*PR is a registry service. PR is in no way responsible or liable for any costs of the trip registered for.
*Any amount of the trip cost not donated by guests is the responsibility of the registered party to pay.
*PR is not liable for problems that occur while the registered is on their trip.
*A 10% fee is applied when an item is purchased on PR. This is about the same that a person would pay for tax and gift wrapping or shipping. This fee is paid by the purchaser. This fee helps pay for credit card fees and website upkeep. The registry is totally free of charge to the registered.
*If a trip is to be postponed, you must notify PR immediately. Let us know the new date and we will update your registry with the new date.
*If a Honeymoon or Special Event trip is cancelled, PR will refund credit cards from purchasers less the 10% service fee, only if a check has not been mailed to the registered. In the event that we have already sent a check for items, it is up to the registered to return those funds to the purchasers. The request for cancellation must be in writing to PR.
* The registered will be assessed a $50 cancellation/refund processing fee for cancellation of an active registry. No gifts will be refunded until fee is paid to PR.
*There will be no refunds to a purchaser if a Honeymoon or Event Trip has not been cancelled.
*Modifications are not allowed on items that have been purchased.
*PR will mail two checks to the registered. The first check will be sent when is designated on the registry and the second check 14 days from the first business day following the trip
*If the Honeymoon or event gift check is lost or stolen it is the registered parties responsibility. The registered party can email info@paradiseregistry.com and request a stop payment. PR will issue another check less the cost of the stop payment fee of $35.00 after confirmation has been made that the payment has been stopped
*Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee
*PR reserves the right to request an authorizing signature for credit card purchases that exceed a predetermined amount, in an effort to protect against the possibility of credit card fraud. This is primarily aimed at protecting the gift purchasers and so requires an active communication effort with them as well as their cooperation. Please note that these funds may be subject to escrow until authorization or an unspecified period of time.
*PR reserves the right to collect payment from the gift recipient if a gift purchaser disputes and fails to resolve any credit card matters after which a gift has already been delivered to the gift recipient. Although PR will make every effort to collect the funds from the purchaser, a dollar amount equal to the disputed purchase amount may be held in escrow until authorization and resolution of credit card dispute are resolved. |
